The authors of the collective monograph presented the results of many years of research of relevant critical legal theories. The post -classical functions of science have been identified, an analysis of the current models of communication between the state and personality was given, the assessment of radical criticism of the state and law from the point of view of neo -Marxism, psychologism, anarchism and other evolutionary concepts was given. Based on the critical and legal methods, the mechanisms and limits of arbitrary construction of social reality were identified, the critical ideas of the American, Scandinavian, and Russian options for legal realism were summarized. Attention was focused on the modern version of positivism, the school of critical legal research, the complex paradigm of modern democracy, the right to well -being, the theory of legal identity, the culture of cancellation, the features of the application of cognitive models, the feminist concept of law.
