This monograph aims to determine the main changes in the constitutional legal personality of a person and citizen in the conditions of the development of modern biomedical technologies, to identify the prospects for reflecting in Russian legislation that arise basic problems in this area.
Independent objects of the study are: the content of the human rights to recognize legal personality, the status of the embryo, the legal regulation of genetic testing, the problems of recognition of constitutional hominid legal personality in relation to other subjects of the animal world, etc.
The legislation is given as of July 1, 2019 G.
This work is designed for teachers, students, graduate students of legal educational institutions, officials of state authorities, as well as scientists, medical workers and specialists in the organization of healthcare
