The monograph is devoted to the historical and legal study of the conservative legal ideology of Russia. The genesis, stages of development and the main course of conservative legal ideology of Russia are shown. The work substantiated the conservative ideal of autocracy as a form of government, the sovereign of the Russian state, the symphony of the church and the state, the idea of the unity of the supreme power, etc. Particular attention is paid to the synthetic concept of law as a unity of faith, morality and the law in the interpretation of Russian traditionalists. The study discusses the protective concepts of law enforcement, public law. The author proves the role of conservative legal ideology as a stronghold and guardian of Russian spiritual culture, political independence and identity of the political and legal traditions of Russia.
