Viktor Alekseevich Dryadin, Major General of the Federal Security Service, candidate of legal sciences. Born on August 13, 1949 in the village of Grachevka of the Usman district of the Lipetsk region. In childhood, he joined the heavy peasant work early. There he went from an operational employee to the head of the department, from the lieutenant to the colonel. In 1995, he was awarded the title “Honorary employee of state security” for impeccable service and high professionalism. In the same year he was awarded the highest officer title “Major General”. In 1995 he graduated from the Academy of the National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. In 1996, he was sent to work in the government, to the newly formed federal service for the preservation of cultural values ​​to the first deputy head. He took a direct, active part in the formation of service in the center and in the field. He worked in the largest diamond company, his professionalism, knowledge and Chekist skills used to ensure the safety of the Almas-Brilliant complex of Russia.
