Viktor Alekseevich Dryadin, Major General of the Federal Security Service, candidate of legal sciences. Born on August 13, 1949 in the village of Grachevka of the Usman district of the Lipetsk region. In childhood, he joined the heavy peasant work early. After school, I went through labor hardening at the Voronezh Plant Electrosil. In 1967 he entered the Voronezh Technological Institute. Having received a diploma of a mechanical engineer (specialty “Machines and Chemical Products”), I decided to continue education in the highest courses of the KGB of the USSR in Minsk. After the end of the courses, he worked in the city of Ryazan for seventeen years, in the state security department. There he went from an operational employee to the head of the department, from the lieutenant to the colonel. In 1989, he was sent to undergo further service to the central apparatus of the KGB of the USSR, where he worked in various positions. In 1995, he was awarded the title “Honorary employee of state security” for impeccable service and high professionalism. In the same year he was awarded the highest officer title “Major General”. In 1995 he graduated from the Academy of the National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. In 1996, he was sent to work in the government, to the newly formed federal service for the preservation of cultural values to the first deputy head. He took a direct, active part in the formation of service in the center and in the field. He worked in the largest diamond company, his professionalism, knowledge and Chekist skills used to ensure the safety of the Almas-Brilliant complex of Russia.
He was awarded with seven medals and nominated cold weapons. In 2001, for his contribution to the development of foreign trade and economic relations between Russia and the kingdom of Belgium, he was awarded the Order
