The new publication of scientific materials on the phenomenon of property in the medieval Western European society confirms the fact of a deep renewal of domestic media in the conditions of the design of a new philosophy of history in the 20th century. Overcoming schematism and binary in research search not only stimulated interest in the problems of spiritual life, but also contributed to the revival of the socio-economic direction traditional in Russian science.
