The monograph outlines the author’s view that every theory itself is the result of the circumstances preceding it and is associated with the events accompanying it. Thought does not exist separately, in abstract from the entire external area, but is associated with the well -known order of life. The author returns to the theory of separation of powers, because it is due to such an influence on the consideration of the doctrine of state power, that only this is why it can no longer be forgotten. The author proves that the theory of separation of powers, despite the influence of the question of freedom of citizens, putting it in the most close connection with the doctrine of state power, should be considered as mobile, depending on the nature, goals and circumstances of a particular state. In addition, the author believes that the nature of the state should be studied in the close connection of all state sciences, namely: state law, political science, history, political economy, etc. - And at the same time the neat and attentive application of philosophical constructions, which, as history shows, are often speculative.
