Comparative law. Textbook

The work considers a wide range of issues relating to the history of the formation and development of comparative law, its role and significance in the life of society, its functions. Particular attention is paid to the problems of the classification of national legal systems and the characterization of basic legal families. Issues of the ratio of international and national (domestic) law are also considered. The textbook is written on the basis of the study and generalization of foreign and domestic material, as well as the practice of using comparative law in different countries.
