Coopeister Valentin Mikhailovich Kulchitsky (1881-1943)-participant in the Russian-Japanese and First World War, four times awarded the St. George Cross. He participated in the Brusilovsky breakthrough, was awarded the Orders of the SVV. Vladimir, Anna, Stanislav. For special military merits in 1916, he was represented by the sovereign.
In 1943 he was killed by the Ukrainian policeman in the Kharkov Gestapo.
