The book proposed to the reader is devoted to one of the traditional institutions of post-Soviet countries-Central Asia: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, which maintains relevance in the socio-political reality of these countries.
