Strogub Talbott is a prominent American politician. He worked for twenty -one years in the journal Time, after which he entered the public service as a special adviser to the US Secretary of State on the issues of new independent states in the post -Soviet space. Later, Talbott became deputy Secretary of State, since 2002 - the president of the Brucking Institute in Washington.
Michael Beshless is an American historian and political scientist, the author of several books about Soviet -American relations, about US foreign policy.
