The monograph shows the relationship of law and new technologies in Russia, revealed the dependence of legal dynamics on the change of technological ways. Historical and legal development has been investigated by the synthesis of the achievements of legal and economic theories.
Interdisciplinaryivity as the basic principle of post-non-classical science made it possible to understand the complex correlations between different fields of scientific knowledge, to obtain a more reliable scientific picture of legal reality in the context of scientific and technological progress.
The theory of technological ways used in the work, taking into account the dialectical understanding of the characteristics of the mutual influence of the basis and superstructure
contributed to the determination of the main directions of transformation of the legal regulation mechanism, as well as the construction of an appropriate promising forecast. Conclusions are drawn relative to the prejudice of law -making activity, taking into account the new emerging stage of technological development.
