The book with minor reductions presents the materials of six criminal cases (one of them collective), within the framework of which members of the Moscow College of Defenders were repressed in the 1930s. The introductory article contains an overview of the history of the Moscow Lawyer Corporation in the post-revolutionary years and provides data on persecution with more than 400 Moscow lawyers, including the large-scale case of the "counter-revolutionary anti-Soviet organization in the Moscow College of Defenders" 1938-1939, according to which were sentenced to the highest extent. Punishments of about 70 people.
