Before readers is the main work of the great German thinker Karl Marx “Capital”. This publication contains the first volume of this classical scientific work dedicated to the process of capital production. In this volume, the political savings of capitalism, which has been expanded in a strict system of scientific categories, revealed its indigenous features, determines historical trends, thoroughly investigated the capitalist method of production and the corresponding relations of production and exchange.
The first volume became the only one of all volumes of capital that saw the light during the life of its author. The second, third and fourth volumes of “Capital” also come out simultaneously with the first in our publishing house.
The book is recommended for economists, philosophers, sociologists, political scientists, historians, students and graduate students of the corresponding specialties.
In this publication, the scientific and reference apparatus to all volumes is collected in a separate book. A brief story of writing “Capital” and its translations into Russian was also added to it, in addition, in this book, a preface to the Russian -speaking publications of different years is reproduced in the this book, allowing readers to independently trace the history of “Capital” publications in Russian.
