The monograph is innovative work in the field of political philosophy of language. Articulating an ambiguous connection between language and politics, the author turns to historical material. A comparative analysis of the language politician of the three revolutions - the French, Russian and again French (May 1968 events) - is intertwined with the presentation of the key philosophical concepts of the 20th century, in particular, the concept of majority and minority languages of J. Deleuz and F. Gvattari, which is used for the author of the concept Analysis of linguistic construction in the turning points of history. The phenomena considered in the work are represented from various directions - in political, aesthetic, linguistic and cultural aspects. At the same time, the very formulation of the issue is original and new: language, power, people, the national issue are considered here from the standpoint of modern philosophical theory
