Anatoly Aleksandrovich Bakhtiarov (1851-1916)-Russian writer, journalist, local historian, author of numerous essays, articles, guides in St. Petersburg and Moscow, their historical areas and sights. He studied at the teacher’s seminary in Moscow, then, in 1874, moves to St. Petersburg, where he teaches Russian in the St. Petersburg military-feldsher school.
