Anatoly Ivanovich Lukyanov in 1990-1991. He was the chairman of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR. He was prosecuted in the case of "On the August coup of 1991". Lukyanov was not part of the GKChP, however, according to many, was one of the initiators of the events of August 1991.
From August 29, 1991 to December 1992, he was in the investigative insulator "Sailor Silence", after which he was released on a recognizance not to leave. On February 23, 1994, an amnesty was announced by a resolution of the State Duma for all the participants in the coup, and the criminal case was closed.
