A universal educational and methodological kit for geography for the 7th grade (author-O.V. Krylova) includes a satin, contour maps with practical work and a collection of tasks for working with the atlas. The kit was developed in accordance with the "Concept of the Development of Geographical Education in the Russian Federation" and is aimed at mastering students of universal educational actions, including cognitive. The study of atlas materials, the implementation of tasks for independent work will significantly expand the scope of students" knowledge about the nature and population of the Earth, about the geographical characteristics of the continents and oceans. In this manual, the variability of tasks on atlas and contour maps is significantly increased. Along with verification work in the form of traditional questions, students are invited to assignments to compile their own cards, including as part of the team.
