In the book of a prominent politician and economic leader, chairman of the Council of Ministers of the USSR in 1985-1990. N.I. Ryzhkova collected (and accompanied by new comments) materials of different years (1995-2012) In their aggregate, they reveal the author’s ideas about the organic conjugation of modern Russian problems with our recent past, and most importantly, about the need to take this unity in determining the ways of further development of the country.
In the first part of the book, the author shares with readers the results of his thoughts about the fate of Russia and the connection of the times, about the Russian national idea, interpreted as ensuring social justice.
