The monograph, consisting of five chapters and three applications, outlines the main results of many years of work to ensure high accuracy of the coordinate-temporary measurements of the observed cosmic objects of both artificial and natural origin.
The basis of the monograph is materials in the form of individual articles prepared by the author during the implementation of scientific, production and dissertation work over the past 10-12 years of work and the necessary editing.
Each chapter is characterized by the novelty of the views of the issues under consideration of the theory and practice of aster refractometry, views related to the common goal - to increase the accuracy of the ongoing trajectory measurements.
In connection with this, special attention in the monograph is paid to the study of compensation for the negative impact of both the very atmosphere of the Earth and its natural nature - astronomical refraction of radio waves - for the accuracy of determining the coordinates and the time of their measurements
