The book project is a dilogy - a well -known historian and political scientist, chief researcher at the Moscow Humanitarian University of the Academician of the Petrovsky Academy of Sciences and Arts Alexander Nikitich Sevastyanov is dedicated to the two most problematic classes of Russian society - intelligentsia and nobility, which are under a massive attack and even persecution in public opinion . Who just does not seek to throw a stone into the Russian nobility, to the Russian intelligentsia! This desire, taking the origins in the 19th century, has reached its peak in the post -revolutionary decades, and today it again goes to rise with the idea of returning to socialism.

The main accusation against our elite is that with its filing and with its direct active participation in the twentieth century, two total disasters occurred, which twice put Russia and the Russian people on the brink of survival: the 1917 October Socialist Revolution and the bourgeois-democratic revolution of 1991- 1993.
