The book project is the dilogy of a famous historian and political scientist, chief researcher at the Moscow Humanitarian University, academician of the Petrovsky Academy of Sciences and Arts Alexander Nikitich Sevastyanov is dedicated to the two most problematic classes of Russian society - intelligentsia and nobility, which are under a massive attack and even persecution in public opinion .
