Based on a wide range of research and archival sources, many of which are first introduced into scientific circulation, the monographs of Ukrainian nationalists are critically analyzed in the so -called "act June 30, 1941", which the leaders of the Bandera wing of the organization of Ukrainian nationalists (OUN) were proclaimed " "Ukrainian independent power" in the occupied by the Germans Lviv. The study reveals the falsification mechanism of this period of the latest history of Ukraine and shows the failure of the concept of the "power", served by official Ukrainian historical science.
