Analytical philosophy of law is a relatively new direction in studies of traditional problems of legal theory. In the monograph "Analytical Philosophy of Law: Legal Language and Speech Acts, the task of studying the essence of conceptual changes is set, which was a consequence of the influence on the philosophy of the law of English -language analytical philosophy. The main issues under consideration: what new content in traditional philosophy of law has brought analytical methods for studying the legal language?
