Aliens of state importance

The book is based on the abbreviated version of the superbesseller "aliens of state importance" - the first book in Russia, in which the issue of UFOs and aliens is considered not from the point of view of popular science fiction, but on the basis of secret archives of military departments of different countries.

The author does not set himself the task of convincing the reader of the existence of alien contacts or to refute this presence. Igor Prokopenko unwittingly considers incredible hypotheses, reports eyewitnesses and is based only on documented facts - reports of the military, reports of submarines, directives of the Navy and declassified official documentation.

Based on evidence, impassively fixed in these documents, most of which first indulge in publicity, the author through analysis and comparison comes to unexpected conclusions
