A brief history of economic teachings in the focus of the theory of law

In the monograph from the standpoint of law, an attempt was made to analyze and summarize the evolution of basic schools and areas of economic science. Particular attention is paid to the correlation of the basic principles of law (the principle of equality, the principle of justice, the principle of the rule of law) and the basic postulates of classical economic science (the principle of market self -regulation, the principle of freedom of entrepreneurship, etc) The author concludes that the basic principles of law are more correlated with unorthodox economic exercises (Marxism, Institutionalism) than with the dominant dogmas of “Economics”.
