The next issue of the International Almanac is devoted to the urgent problems of the latest research in the field of Russian historical science. In the heading `Russian Empire. Internal policy "publishes articles characterizing the decision -making processes and the functioning of the mechanisms of the highest power, the stages and directions of Russian reforms, the history of individual decrees of the supreme power on the freedom of the press and religious power. In the section `Problems of Russian History of the 20th-30s of the XX century`, work on the history of the People’s Commissariat of Railways during the revolution and the Civil War, military-political relations between the USSR and Germany in the 20s-mid-30s of the XX century. The collection publishes archival materials on the history of the culture of Russian abroad, in particular on the vicinity of the award of the Nobel Prize in the literature I.A. Bunina.
