The Hasidic stories and legends recorded by the rabbi with Shlomo-Yosef Zevin formed the basis of the Yakov Shekhter’s book of the Voice in Silence. Based on the strict plot outline of these legends, Shechter restores the world of Hasidic Jewry for his reader, filling it with kitchen smells, subbotnik lights, fair colors, scientific life, unpredictable characters. This amazing world is permeated with miracles, and not only those that only the righteous can create, but also the most important miracle - a miracle of great hope. This miracle is performed in the hearts of the characters of Shekhter daily, giving them strength to survive after the most severe blows of fate and support the neighbor under the elbow. Because there is no grief that cannot be cured of a miracle, and there is no miracle more than hope.
In the final, ninth, volume, Hasidic stories were collected related to the books "Song Songs", "Eich" and "Sweet Rut", the holidays of Shavuott and Rosh of the course (new -month -old), as well as with three weeks "between the Tusne". Biographical information about the tzadiks mentioned in all books of the series "Voice in Silence" is given.
