Collection of articles" poison of yours. Studies", dedicated to various aspects of the Holocaust and its history, is published twice a year by the national memorial of disaster and heroism "poison of yours" in Jerusalem. For the first time he saw the light in 1957 and became the first periodic publication dedicated to the disaster of European Jewry. Since then, the collection has been produced in parallel in two languages, Hebrew and English ("Yad Vashem Studies") His pages publish the works of both leading experts and novice researchers from Israel and other countries, materials of scientific discussions and reviews of new books related to the Holocaust.
This year the publishing house for the first time undertook the release of the collection of articles" Yad Vashem. Research "in Russian.
This collection (Issue No. 2) included ten articles devoted to global issues related to the theme of the Holocaust, as well as articles affecting various aspects of disaster in the USSR.
The authors of the collection are leading researchers in this field, and some of the articles presented here have become a classic of the historiography of the disaster. Six of them were previously published in the writings" Yad Vashem. Studies" in Hebrew and English, four in a number of other publications of the national memorial of disaster and heroism. The collection, in particular, explores such topics as the origins of the "final solution of the Jewish question (Shaul Ash, Shaul Friedlander, Christopher Browning), World War II and Holocaust (Gerhard Weinberg), Jews in the Armed Forces (Israel Gutman, Itshak Arad, Itshak Arad, Mordechai Altshuler), naked resistance to the Nazis (Meir Dvorzhetsky), and the use of Jews in forced labor in the East (Bella Gutterman, Anton Weiss-Wendt)
