In the literature and in general in culture, some works cause a creative echo, like a pebble thrown into the water, causes circles on its surface. Pushkin"s “blizzard” became such a “pebble”, haunted the writers, and finally Vladimir Sollogub responded, and directly indicated that it was Pushkin who inspired him. Soon, Leo Tolstoy entered the creative competition - this is how three short stories appeared with the same name “blizzard” and the literary tradition originated, replenishing a number of “stray plots”.
