A lot of this world was written about the great ones. At different times, dozens and hundreds of books were published about Alexander Macedonian, Atille, Genghis Khan or Napoleon, in which their acts, greatness and victories were described.
This narrative is not about Alexander’s power and not about the splendor of the Achaemenid court, although they are also described here. This is an epic about a person who went down in history under the name atropath. Despite the fact that many characters here are historical personalities, and the plot is built on real events - this is primarily a novel. The author offers us his view of the events of those distant days. And there is everything: the ups and the falls of the kings of the ancient world, hatred and love, betrayal and selfless friendship. How all this will end and in which direction fate will turn at the next historical intersection will depend on the readiness of the heroes of the novel, to learn the lessons taught by life.
