The new book of the project "I remember"! While the Germans were eager for Stalingrad, in the central section of the Soviet-German front, the Red Army went on the offensive in order to free the city of Rzhev. This battle on the central section of the Soviet-German front became one of the most fierce and bloody battles of the Great Patriotic War. This book was based on letters from the participants of those terrible battles, diary entries preserved in the archival department of the Rzhev city administration and an interview from the site "I remember".
