At one time, the books of Lidia Alekseevna Char (nee Voronova) could in their popularity argue with the publications of the poets of the Silver Age. The future writer studied at the Pavlovsk Institute of Noble Maidens in St. Petersburg. On the basis of her own diary that Charskaya led during the years of study, it was written the first story - “Notes of the Institute”. The novel “Princess Javaha” tells the background of one of the heroines of “Notes of the Institute”: the proud Georgian Princess Nina Javaha was brought up in the Caucasus in the same way as future warriors, but then ended up in cold and gloomy Petersburg.
The main character of the story “Siberochka” is Princess Alexander Gordov, by the will of fate, separated from his own father and grew up in the taiga wilderness. The girl will have to go through many trials, overcome hardships and dangers, to find loyal friends before she can find her father.
