The collection includes the best humorous stories Nadezhda Aleksandrovna Lokhvitskaya, who entered the literature under his pseudonym Tuffy. The sparkling feuilleton and humor of this writer, who was called "satirist in a skirt" and "queen of Russian humor", was read out at the beginning of the 20th century.
