Reprint from the publication. Petrograd, 1915. Rezanov Alexander Semenovich (08.25.1878 +?) Colonel of the Russian army since 1914, lived after the revolution in Paris. Until 1912, he was an assistant to the military prosecutor of the Warsaw Military Court, since 1912-the Petrograd Military Court. In the Warsaw District, he specialized in cases of state treason and mainly on the issues of "espionage". In 1910, he was submitted to the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the draft on amending the current laws on espionage, which became the law on July 5, 1912. Rezanov has published a book that is the fruit of studying over a hundred spy affairs, of which more than a third of Rezanov himself conducted as a person of prosecutorial supervision, and met others as a participant in the commission on the development of the law on June 5, 1912 on state treason
