The Russian army will soon be provided with non -traditional types of weapons, including weapons of directed energy, kinetic weapons, as well as control systems using artificial intelligence and robotic complexes. The list of non -traditional weapons can include a number of developments. In particular, electromagnetic weapons. Tests of such weapons began in the USSR. And not the last role in its creation was played by the achievements in the field of radar, which, as you know, determines the location of various objects by signals emitted from them. A radar is a shield and sword of the country, - the author V.V. Mlechin, who stood at the origins of the creation and introduction of radar systems in the USSR, and personally knew leading scientists in the field of space and radio electronics: the Minister of Radio Industry of the USSR P.S. In 1948, the author fell into the Central Research Institute of Radio (TsNII-108), in the 13th laboratory, which was led by the famous designer of anti-aircraft missile systems A.A. Raspletin.
