The Soviet writer Yang Leopoldovich Larry (1900-1977) is known to the reader almost exclusively as the author of the famous fantastic story "The extraordinary adventures of Karik and Vali", dedicated to traveling in the micromir. The story has been published dozens of times, many generations of Soviet children have been brought up on it. However, Peru Larry also belongs to many works for children and adolescents, less known and never reprinted. The modern reader is practically unknown to his only ended "adult" novel "the country of the happy (1931), many of his novels and stories did not even come out with books, remained on the pages of newspapers
