Yuri Markovich Nagibin (1920-1994)-famous Russian Soviet prose writer, journalist, screenwriter. According to his scenarios, many films, well -known to the senior and middle generation of our readers were shot: “Chairman”, “Red Tent”, “Late Meeting”, “Tchaikovsky”, “Midermarins, forward!”. Nagibin wrote about the war, about the Russian village, about hunting, many of his works are devoted to poets and writers, musicians, people and events that played a large role in the history of Russia, his autobiographical novels and stories that became unique evidence of the Soviet era are of exceptional value.
The writer"s work is very ambiguously assessed by his colleagues, readers and critics. Some admire his honesty, others blame for doubles. We hope that this collection of works will help the reader make his own judgment on the work of Yuri Markovich Nagibin.
The first volume of the works included autobiographical novels and stories about the writer"s childhood from the cycles “Clean Ponds” and “Childhood Book”, as well as stories and stories about Moscow.
In the second volume of the collected works, works about the war and the post -war village were included.
In the third volume of collected works included novels and stories about hunting and other works.
The fourth volume of the collected works included novels and stories about musicians, as well as works on historical topics.
In the fifth volume of the collected works, works based on the biographies of famous writers were included.
In the sixth volume of the collected works, the stories and novels of Yuri Nagibin of different years were included.
