elongated liberals, military, businessmen, holy fools and other bright folk types of provincial Russia. The main characters of the book, residents of the northern city of Vyatsk from the street with
the strange name of Mopra, pass joyful and cruel youth, testing for years of a fracture in the nineties, knowledge of the new capitalist Paradise.
