The collection of classics of Russian literature Ivan Alekseevich Bunin (1870-1953) and Alexander Ivanovich Kuprin (1870- 1938) included their documentary and journalistic works dedicated to the 1917 revolution and the civil war. Both writers did not accept the coming to power of the Bolsheviks. With the outbreak of civil war, Bunin moved to the south of Russia, where the white movement was already born, and then was forced to emigrate even. In 1919, Kuprin entered the lieutenant in the north-western army of General Yudenich, after which he also found himself in exile.
