The monograph is devoted to the participation of Abkhazov in the First World War consisting of the formed 4th (Abkhaz) hundreds of the Circassian horse regiment and abkhazov-officers who served in the regular units of the Russian Imperial Army during the war. The book contains information about about 500 wars. The documents indicate that the soldiers fought bravely and fearlessly, there were many wounded and dead. The biographies of these people deserve wide lighting, as they are an integral part of the history of Abkhazia, as well as Russia. Many exploits committed by warriors are known by legends in the families of their descendants, and today they are the pride of the younger generation.
