The collection contains the materials of the international seminar held in 2003-2004. In Russia, Belarus and Germany, at the initiative of the Russian Institute of Culturology of the Ministry of Civil Code of the Russian Federation, with the participation of museums and museum workers of the three countries. The seminar discussed the urgent problems of the museum case in the countries of the post -socialist camp, the interaction of museums and society, the search for new forms of representation and updating cultural and historical heritage.
