This publication is the second volume of the documented reference book on the history of the highest and central government agencies of Russia XIX-Invoice XX century, containing systematic information on competence, functions, structure and guidelines for these institutions, as well as on the place of storage of archival funds or documents of these institutions. The 2nd volume included information about the institutions of the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and State Control.
The publication is intended for wide circles of historians and archivists, state scientists, teachers, graduate students and students of higher educational institutions of the humanitarian profile, as well as for all persons contacting the history of Russian statehood and working in archives.
