The methodological recommendations are considered features of pregnancy in women with hereditary forms of thrombophilia: mutations (polymorphism) in the fibrinogen genes, Protromina, plasminogen inhibitor of the 1st type, etc. Fetal development, preeclampsia, premature detachment of a normally located placenta. Information about the influence of hereditary forms of thrombophilia on the development of thrombosis and thromboembolic complications during pregnancy and in the postpartum period, issues of the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of these complications were discussed.
