Great Pabonka Dechen Nyingpo said: "Not enough to know Dharma - you must practice. In order to be only a scientist or an expert in Dharma, there is no benefit. One ability to explain the Dharma cannot benefit. Watching the mind and meditation to chakras and winds will not bring benefits. Even counting mantras cannot bring special benefits. The heart of the Dharma, undoubtedly bearing, is three foundations of the way: complete renunciation from Sansary, Bodhichitta (altruistic mind, fixed to awaken) and perfect view.
Lama Rinpoche Lama also emphasizes the same, telling us about the essential aspects of retreat and how to create reasons for awakening. In addition to the councils of Rinpoche, in the collection, the texts of the Pabonka are given by Nyingpo, which Lama Sopa recommends studying and learn before performing retreat.
This book should be read by everyone who really wants to achieve results in meditation
