The project "Be Healthy!" aims to cultivate a conscious attitude towards life as a fundamental value and health as a combination of physical, spiritual, and social well-being of a person. The project offers forms, methods, and means to achieve this goal, with play taking a central role, performing various functions and laying the foundations of a child's personality. The book you are holding is part of the project and contains practical material for preschool educators and parents of preschoolers in the form of game technology, where the educator creates a problem-solving game situation for preschoolers to analyze (accept or reject) the conditions of a healthy lifestyle and develop a conscious attitude towards health for themselves and others. The book is intended for methodologists, physical education instructors, educators, and parents of preschool children. "Health games" can be used fragmentarily as a form of educational interaction in preschool institutions.
