Management expert Henry Mintzberg is sure: healthcare is not the industry where all traditional management approaches can work effectively. The organization of the healthcare system can be rebuilt by stimulating cooperation and overcoming competition, changing culture and refusing control, forming a “sense of belonging to the community” and overcoming traditional approaches to leadership.
