Suvorin Alexey Alekseevich (1862-1937) Publicist, writer and publisher, ed. editor of the newspaper New Time, a popularizer of therapeutic starvation, a bright and talented representative of alternative medicine, an emigrant, the eldest son of the largest domestic publisher A. S. Suvorin (1834-1912) Pseudonym Alexei Poroshin. In adulthood, he became a doctor, having graduated from the Belgrade Medical Institute. In his therapeutic practice, A. A. Suvorin developed an effective methodology for therapeutic starvation, the treatment of which can be carried out at home. Its methodology for treating diseases by starvation is simplicity and physiological. It is available to almost all people of any age, but requires the strictest discipline and knowledge when applying it. The treatment of therapeutic starvation is the first step not only in the treatment of diseases, but also the first step towards a healthy lifestyle. The motto of A. A. Suvorin “Food should be tasty, cheap and accessible” is of particular importance today,
