The rights of doctors

The publication is dedicated to the most obviously underestimated, forgotten, ignored to the most obviously underestimated, forgotten rights and freedoms of doctors. The starting point of the study: lack of balance and complementarity (mutual completion) between the rights of patients and the rights of doctors, a skew towards duties, the obligations of medical workers do not contribute to improving the quality and safety of medical care, especially in the conditions of the strongest overload of medical workers and their extremely weak social and their social and their social and their social and their social and their social and their socialist legal security. The monograph presents a detailed layout of the elements of the legal status of doctors - professional, labor, social and pension rights of this special professional group.
