This monograph is a research work, which contains performances and articles of participants in the international scientific and practical symposium on the “protection of the health of the nation and supervisory activities: relevant issues and modern decisions”, held on April 9, 2021 at the Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafina, as part of the VIII Moscow Law Forum. At the symposium, issues of supervisory activity in modern challenges were raised. Participants were announced by urgent problems and the ways to solve them were proposed. Particular attention was paid to issues of prosecutor-investigation during the pandemic. Evaluation of law enforcement is given in conditions of restrictions not only in the Russian Federation, but also in foreign countries. A lively discussion was caused by the problems associated with prosecutorial supervision of compliance with the rights of minors in the conditions of the pandemic.
