What are the effector links of metabolism? In simple terms, these are the very chains of causes and consequences that ultimately lead to either the development of obesity or to weight loss. A team of Russian scientists from the Federal Research Center for Nutrition, Biotechnology and Safety of food conducted and published the results of many years of research on the influence of certain elements on the development of a metabolic syndrome:
- quartzine and resveratrol,
- l-carnitine, tyrosine and tripofan,
- genomic and epigenome markers of excess weight,
- regulatory microrm in pathogenesis of obesity.
And 10 more markers who studied, studied and revealed their real weight in obesity of a person.
The publication discusses the establishment of effector links in metabolism for alimentary-dependent diseases (obesity, metabolic syndrome) in experiments using in vivo models in laboratory animals (rats and mice) A summary of literature data is presented about genomic, transcriptive, protein and metaboline (metabolic) biomarkers of metabolic disorders in alimentary-dependent diseases, the role of neuropedic and neuropeptides in the regulation of food behavior, a sense of hunger and saturation is considered. Information about modern in vivo models of obesity and metabolic syndrome in genetically modified, mutant lines of rats and mice, as well as in animals of standard lines that receive hypercaloric diets. Methods of analysis of postgenomic markers of obesity and metabolic syndrome in the experiment are set out. The results of their own studies are presented to assess the effects of biologically active substances of food (quercetine, resveratrol, aromatic amino acids) on the effector links of metabolism in genetically determined and diet-administered obesity on in vivo models
